4 People Arrested, Some Heroin Seized

Spokane County sheriff’s detectives arrested four people Tuesday and seized 35 grams of heroin after raiding a house near the city limits.

K.C. Haight, 44, the tenant of the house at 4101-1/2 E. Sprague, was booked into the Spokane County Jail on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Cpl. Dave Reagan said. Haight was also charged with one count of possession of heroin.

Sheila M. Burnette, 32, was booked into jail on one count of possession of heroin, Reagan said.

A Colfax couple was also arrested and booked into jail. Billy James Allen, 43, was booked on third-degree driving with a suspended license. Rose M. Allen, 41, was booked on an outstanding felony warrant issued in Wenatchee.

The search warrant and arrests culminated a months-long investigation into heroin sales at the home, Reagan said.

Detectives made numerous controlled buys during the investigation, he said.
