Local Watch: Phelps Debuts

Josh Phelps of Lakeland High in Rathdrum made his major league debut Tuesday night with Toronto, taking over at catcher in the sixth inning of a 16-3 loss to Detroit.

Phelps is the first North Idaho high school product to make it to the major leagues.
