Kenneth Hagen and Bonnie Hagen have applied for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption. Beer and wine may be served either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at El Sombrero Restaurant, 10117 N. Newport Highway.
