Harry International Inc. and Jiaqin Liu have applied for a license to sell beer and/or wine in conjunction with food sales for on-premises consumption. Beer and wine may be served either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at Great Wall Chinese Super Buffet, 11420 E. Sprague.
