Day Camp Scheduled

Camp Lutherhaven will put on a summer day camp July 17-21 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 8441 N. Indian Trail Road. Classes will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily for children in grades K-6, and preschool students will meet from 9 to 11:30 a.m. daily.

Donations will be accepted to help cover expenses. Call the church at 465-0779 for more information or to register. The registration deadline is July 7.

Ecumenical service Sunday

Five North Side churches will gather for an ecumenical worship service of music, drama and stories on Sunday at 10 a.m. The service will be held at Glover Middle School at Longfellow and Belt.

Participating churches include New Horizons Community Church, Rock of Ages Christian Fellowship, Trinity Baptist Church, Shadle Park Presbyterian Church and Vineyard Christian Fellowship. People are invited to bring blankets or chairs to sit on.

Drama at Calvary Chapel

“Song of the Shepherd,” a oneman musical drama, will be performed at 7 p.m. Sunday at Calvary Chapel, 511 W. Hastings Road.
