Father, Two Children Killed In Wreck

A father and two children died in a one-car crash near Cle Elum, Wash., on Sunday afternoon, the Washington State Patrol said.

Jeffery D. Taylor, 31, of Duvall, Wash., was driving east on Interstate 90 when his car left the road and went into a ditch about 5 p.m. The state patrol said the car rolled onto its side and then hit a guardrail.

Jessica Taylor, 8, of Spokane, died at the scene. Her brother, Preston Taylor, 2, of Duvall, also was killed.

Jeffery Taylor was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and died four hours later, the state patrol said.
