Four Accidents Block Interstate For An Hour

Four wrecks occurred on Interstate 90 around 12:30 p.m. Thursday, blocking east and westbound traffic for an hour.

Lt. Bruce Clark of the Washington State Patrol said no serious injuries were reported.

Three of the accidents, one of which was in the eastbound lane, occurred at I-90 and Havana Street. Each involved two cars and one was a hit-and-run.

Clark said the Washington State Patrol is looking for a blue sedan that left one of the accident scenes.

A fourth wreck at I-90 and Broadway Avenue in the Spokane Valley was a single-vehicle wreck involving a semi-truck heading east, Clark said.
