Midilome East Phase Approved

Spokane county commissioners have approved final plans for the second phase of homes in the Midilome East subdivision.

Developer Bob Tomlinson is adding 37 new homes to the area, east of Pines Road and south of 32nd Avenue. The neighborhood adjoins Chester Elementary and Horizon Junior High schools.

The first phase of 60 homes is almost done, but there are still a few unsold lots, said Kandi McKinney, a realtor with Tomlinson Black Valley.

The final phase of the subdivision has not been finalized. Tomlinson has asked the county to approve about 30 more lots. When it is finished, Midilome East is planned to have 127 homes on about 45 acres.
