Man’S Body Found In Boundary County

A body was found Sunday along railroad tracks that run next to Deep Creek near Naples, Idaho, Boundary County Sheriff Greg Sprungl said.

Someone on a passing Burlington Northern train saw the man’s body about 9 a.m. and called the sheriff’s office.

Sheriff’s deputies and Idaho State Police detectives responded to the call.

The man, who was from out of state, was identified but his name won’t be released until his relatives are notified.

Sprungl said it was too early to say how the man died. “We’re doing a thorough investigation,” he said.
