Two Spokane Men Arrested After Drug-Sting Operation
Two Spokane men were arrested Tuesday night after a drug sting netted $11,000 worth of marijuana and another $11,000 in cash.
Gregory W. Richter, 25, and Jeremy W. Bray, 22, were booked into the Spokane County Jail on felony drug possession charges, the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said.
Investigators learned a large amount of marijuana had been shipped into the area from San Juan County. Undercover detectives then placed an order with the two suspects.
The sting operation unfolded in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 7500 block of North Division on Tuesday night.
Bray allegedly delivered $1,000 worth of marijuana to detectives, and was arrested when he left the parking lot.
Richter was arrested later when he allegedly showed up with $10,000 worth of marijuana.
Police seized both suspects’ pickup trucks, along with $11,000 in cash.
