Wv Picks Gregory As Lilac Princess

The seventh of 13 Lilac Festival princesses was chosen Thursday night.

Tessa Gregory, a West Valley High School senior, will represent her school. Gregory, 17, is the daughter of Pamela Gregory and Randy Gregory.

Gregory plans to attend the University of Washington and major in theater. She has been involved in Humanities Club, Drama Club president, Quill & Scroll editor, Babyfood Drive, Tree of Sharing and performing theater for food donations. She received the Prudential Securities scholarship worth $1,000.

The next princess selection is tonight at East Valley High School.
