North Central Selects Its Lilac Princess

The 10th of 13 Lilac Festival princesses was chosen Tuesday night.

Sarah Eschenbacher, a North Central senior, will represent her school. She is the daughter of Laurel and Alan Eschenbacher.

Eschenbacher, 18, plans to attend Pacific Lutheran University and major in pediatric medicine. She has been involved in basketball, volleyball, peer abstinence, class officer, National Honor Society, nursing homes and Camp Mivoden to work with the deaf and blind. She is the recipient of the Avista scholarship worth $1,000.

The next princess selection is tonight at Lewis and Clark High School.
