An 11-year-old boy was booked into juvenile detention on Friday after admitting to inflicting approximately $2,000 damage to a travel trailer, police said.

Officers were called to the 600 block of East Magnesium to investigate a trailer with broken windows and multiple dents about 6 p.m.

Three neighborhood boys, ages 6, 10 and 11, were questioned, police said. All denied throwing rocks. One said he had thrown snowballs.

There was no snow in the area, and the 11-year-old finally admitted pitching rocks through the trailer’s windows, police said. There was no one in the trailer at the time of the incident.
