High-Risk Molester Living In Spokane
A high-risk sex offender is now living in downtown Spokane, according to Spokane police.
Jeffrey L. Robinson was convicted of first-degree child molestation in Spokane County in 1994, after victimizing a 3-year-old boy, according to police spokesman Dick Cottam.
Officials describe Robinson as a fixated pedophile who is opportunistic, and likely to engage in sexual activity with any minor male to whom he has access.
Robinson is a 24-year-old white male, 5-foot-6, 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a one-inch scar on his right hand.
Robinson is not to have any contact with children and is not to frequent places where children congregate, Cottam said. Although he is not wanted by authorities at this time, Robinson is considered a high risk to reoffend.
