Road-Rage Ramming Continues For 12 Miles
Virginia State Police continued late Sunday to search for the man who repeatedly rammed a woman’s car over a 12-mile stretch on Interstate 95.
Police said the man deliberately struck the woman’s Nissan Sentra with his Hyundai Excel as the two drove northbound on I-95 near Quantico, Va., at about 4:20 p.m. Saturday.
State troopers said the road rage incident was particularly disturbing because of the distance the man pursued the Woodbridge, Va., woman and his continuous attempts to ram her.
Police said the man approached the woman’s car at a high rate of speed and then cut in front, slammed on the brakes and tried to force her car off the road.
Finally, the woman drove to a Prince William County Police Department substation.
