Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Craig M. Freeman 41, Coeur d’Alene, non-sufficient funds checks, $1,000 bond.

Melanie M. Hoyt 33, Spokane, non-sufficient funds checks, $300 bond.

Rosemarie Pence 61, Post Falls, grand theft, $2,500 bond.

Clayton J. Plummer 36, Post Falls, fraudulent use of bank card, $5,000 bond.

Sean C. Whitaker 21, Priest River, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Gary A. Adams 31, Greenacres, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, $343 bond.

Lee A. C. Churchill 29, Rathdrum, contempt/invalid driver’s license (two counts), failure to appear/expired driver’s license, $773 bond.

Wayne L. Cramer Jr. 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended $363 bond.

Carrielee A. Derbin 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, $190 bond.

Carl J. Felts 36, Athol, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $224 bond.

Christopher M. Knabe 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of marijuana, $273 bond.

Sandra K. Loyd 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended $390 bond.

Mark G. Mercier 34, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, $312 bond.

Shannon R. Mohne 22, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $223 bond.

Lisle J. Olson 42, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ disturbing the peace, $127 bond.

Patricia L. Olson 41, Spirit Lake, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $75 bond.

Jackie M. Reber 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/petty theft, $73 bond, three days in jail.

Danny L. Stewart 29, Hayden, contempt/ driving a vehicle without owner’s consent, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $873 bond.

Chad L. Stiner 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/fail to report an accident, no driver’s license, $785 bond.
