Neighborhood Association Offering Dump Passes

The Northwest Neighborhood Association will issue $50 dump passes beginning Monday at 9 a.m. at COPS Northwest, suite 204 of Shadle Center.

Passes will be issued to 80 northwest neighborhood residents on a first-come, first-serve basis, one to a person. Residents must have a driver’s license or utility bill to verify their address.

The Northwest Neighborhood Association covers the area west of Ash to the Spokane River, bounded north from Francis to Fairview, and south from Belt to Indiana, including Westgate and Northwest Terrace.

The Balboa Neighborhood Council will meet next Thursday at 7 p.m. at Balboa Elementary.
