Suspect Charged With Garland Thefts

Spokane police officers arrested a man they believe burglarized several West Garland businesses Friday afternoon.

Cephas W. Parham, 23, of Spokane, was booked into jail Friday on two burglary counts.

Police said they caught him attempting to break in to a bicycle shop in the 600 block of West Garland. While searching the suspect, police found keys that were taken during a break-in at Rick’s Ringside Tavern, 921 W. Garland, earlier Friday afternoon.

Officers also found shoe prints they believe match those found in the tavern and in Ratels Art Supply, 811 W. Garland, which was also burglarized.
