Jamie Griffith Earns Eagle Scout Rank

Jamie C. Griffith, a member of the Boy Scout Troop 393, recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

Griffith organized work teams for the construction of six permanent raised planting beds at Sacajawea Middle School. South Hill Lumber and Wittkopf Landscape Supplies donated the materials.

The beds will be used primarily by the science classes at the school.

Griffith is the son of David and Marlee Griffith, Spokane, and is a senior at Lewis and Clark High School.

Kelsey Fowler has been selected as the April Student of the Month by the Post Falls Rotary Club.

Fowler is the daughter of Garry and Karin Fowler, Post Falls.

She is a recipient of the Presidential Award of Outstanding Excellence and Academic Letter. She is involved with the student advisory committee and is the yearbook editor.

Adam Fouquette, a senior at East Valley High School, has been awarded two scholarships from the University of Idaho. He received the diversity tuition waiver and the John Howe Forest Products Scholarship.

Fouquette is the son of Steve and Louise Fouquette, Otis Orchards.
