Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Patrick J. Cathey 31, Spokane, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond.

William A. Flores 22, Los Angeles, Calif., burglary, attempted grand theft, forgery, $40,000 bond.

Kenneth H. Lingar 35, Yakima, Wash., grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Darin A. Messersmith 34, Coeur d’Alene, forgery, $15,000 bond.

Dean D. Stevens 29, Ponderay, failure to appear/grand theft, petty theft, $4,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Kenneth S. Amy 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $714 bond.

Frank C. Bybee 24, Worley, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Clark K. Conboy 39, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, 10 days in jail, no bond.

Thaddeus R. Cunningham 27, Bayview, failure to appear/driving while suspended, three days in jail, no bond.

Corry W. Dawson 26, St. Maries, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

David L. Dorton 47, Pinehurst, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Bart W. Draper 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Judith A. Dugan 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), $2,000 bond, five days in jail.

Jeffery L. Hall Jr. 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, leaving the scene of an accident, minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), possession of paraphernalia, $3,500 bond.

Grant E. Herrman 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $$300 bond.

Timothy D. Hines 21, Hayden Lake, failure to appear/driving while suspended, contempt/ petty theft, $2,119 bond.

Jared T. Janke 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Daniel A. McCullough 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,500 bond.

Jason R. Stacy 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Johnny R. Williams 39, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.
