Recent real estate transactions in the Spokane area:

Alliance for Affordable Services has leased 540 square feet of office space at the Garden Springs Professional Building, 1717 S. Rustle. Jeff McGougan of Tomlinson Black Commercial, handled the transaction.

The Tutoring Club leased 1,500 square feet of space at 2901 N. Argonne. Ken Kuhns of Tomlinson Black Commercial and Jim Bonucelli of Village Square Realty negotiated the lease.

The city of Omak has purchased land at the Koala Business Park in Omak for a new park. Joel Crosby of Tomlinson Black Commercial handled the sale.

Roofing contractor Icon Inc. has leased 2,175 square feet of industrial space at the Lake Industrial Park, 1026 N. Lake. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas of Kiemle & Hagood handled the transaction.

Metallic Arts Acquisition Corp., of Minnesota, has leased 2,525 square feet of space at the Lake Industrial Park, 914 N. Lake. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas of Kiemle & Hagood Co. negotiated the deal.

Orthotics company Parker & McNellis has leased 1,200 square feet of space at the Vista Industrial Park at 111 N. Vista Road. The transaction was handled by Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas of Kiemle & Hagood.

Countrywide Mortgage has leased 1,094 square feet of space at 1000 N. Argonne for a branch office. Jeff McGougan of Tomlinson Black Commercial and Doug Dittamore of Kiemle & Hagood negotiated the lease.

Choice Finance Corp. leased 1,125 square feet of office space in the Pilcher Professional Building at 59 E. Queen from KCLP Associates. The transaction was handled by James Orcutt of Tomlinson Black Commercial.

Paramount Supply Co., which sells pipes, instruments and pumps, has leased 10,186 square feet of industrial space and 24,000 square feet of yard area in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park. Brent Long of Crown West Realty negotiated the transaction.

Logan Industries, which manufactures mechanical and custom cable assemblies, is expanding its operation at the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, leasing an additional 12,000 square feet of space. Brent Long of Crown West Realty handled the lease.

Furniture wholesaler and retailer Rustic Interiors Inc. has leased 1,576 square feet of space in the Crown Warehouse Suites at the Spokane Business & Industrial Park. Brent Long of Crown West Realty negotiated the transaction.

Lincare has leased 8,198 square feet of office space in the Pinecroft Business Park at 12410 E. Mirabeau Parkway. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas of Kiemle & Hagood and Mike Mathes of Tomlinson Black Commercial negotiated the lease.

Contractors Eric and Lisa Brown have purchased 4.58 acres of land at 2205 N. Woodruff. Mike Mathis of Tomlinson Black Commercial and Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas of Kiemle & Hagood handled the sale.

Verizon Wireless has leased 2,500 square feet of land at Wellesley & Freya to expand. Mark Davis of Tomlinson Black Commercial negotiated the lease.

Dick Hoesly has purchased a 9,760-square-foot, two-story building and 12,500 square feet of land at 3801 N. Market from Nor-West Development. Jim Orcutt of Tomlinson Black Commercial negotiated the sale.

Clear Channel Broadcasting Inc. has purchased a 16,500-square-foot building and 47,500 square feet of land at 808 E. Sprague from the Manus Group. Jeff McGougan of Tomlinson Black Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Sheet metal contractor and powder coatings company Sytech has leased 12,050 square feet of industrial space at 525 N. Fancher from East Spokane Industrial Development. Pete Carstens of Carstens Management and Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas of Kiemle & Hagood negotiated the lease.
