Guangliang Li has applied for a license to sell beer and/or wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption at Live Seafood, 1915 E. Sprague.

El Jalapeno, Inc., David Brambila and Alma Brambila have applied for a license to sell spirits, beer and/or wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption. Beer and wine may be served either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at Casa De Oro, 2820 E. 29th.
