Steep yourself in the arts. The 12th annual High School Festival of the Arts takes place Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Spokane Opera House, 334 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. Admission is free. Graduation seems a long way off. But Silverwood Theme Park already is taking reservations for 2001 Grad Night parties. The amusement park is offering three different party packages that start at $50 a person. All packages include rides on the Tremors and Timber Terror roller coasters, along with 11 other rides.
