Holiday Closures

City, county, state and federal offices will be closed Thursday for the Thanksgiving holiday. City libraries will be closed for the holiday, but open on Friday and Saturday, with the exception of the downtown library.

Parking meters do not need to be plugged Thursday, but normal meter rules apply for the rest of the weekend.

The garbage transfer stations and waste-to-energy facility will be closed on Thursday. Normal hours resume Friday.

City and county garbage pickups scheduled for Thursday and Friday will be pushed back one day.

Except for Express mail, there will be no mail delivered Thursday. Normal delivery resumes Friday.

Buses will follow the Sunday schedule for routes on the holiday. Normal schedules return Friday.
