Five Arrested After Valley Drug Raid
Five people were arrested on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine Tuesday, after sheriff’s detectives and Washington State Patrol officers raided a home in the Spokane Valley.
Officers served a search warrant on a home at 16025 E. Fourth Ave. at about 10:45 a.m., and discovered a meth lab in a small trailer in the back yard, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
Spokane County Solid Waste employees had tipped police that items typically associated with making meth had been discarded in trash from the home, according to the sheriff’s office.
Arrested were Donald Ray Plumley, 38, and Sharla J. Plumley, 35, who lived at the home, along with William V. Brinnon, 38, Richard R. Ramsey, 39, and Gloria E. Bost, 46, all transients.
