Free Dump Passes Available

The Northwest Neighborhood Association will issue free dump passes, worth $50, to residents of the association area, good Oct. 15 through Nov. 4. The passes will be available starting Monday at 9 a.m. at COPS Northwest, in Suite 204 of the Shadle Center.

They are available on a first-come first-serve basis. A driver’s license or utility bill is required to verify association-area residence.

The Northwest Neighborhood Association basically covers the area west of Ash to the Spokane River, south of Francis and north of Belt.

It also includes Westgate and Northwest Terrace.

Local journalism is essential.
