Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Chad F. Ginkins 20, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Jack K. Mirth 46, Cocolalla, failure to appear/non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $100,000 bond.

Daniel J. Rachuy 33, Post Falls, failure to appear/eluding, $7,500 bond.

Genine M. Zielke 35, Nine Mile Falls, Wash., parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $25,000.

Misdemeanors

Brian D. Berg 36, Sagle, contempt/driving under the influence, $300 bond.

Gregory E. Elmore 22, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/frequenting place where drugs are used/sold, $125 bond.

Del R. Goodge, aka Del R. Goodge-Stevens 21, Harrison, contempt/possession of drug paraphernalia, $283 bond.

Michael L. Hance 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/disturbing the peace, $77 bond.

Justus M. Johnson 22, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, invalid driver’s license, $730 bond, 10 days in jail.

Roy A. Johnson Jr. 26, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to appear/fictitious display, driving while suspended, $588 bond.

Courtney P. Maddox 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of drug paraphernalia, $135 bond.

Michael F. Mongiello I 22, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $288 bond.

Samuel L. Pearson 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, open container, domestic battery, $1,337 bond.

Luanna D. Prewitt 40, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $88 bond.

Samuel L. Shoemaker 32, Desmet, contempt/driving while suspended (two counts), $395 bond.

Aaron D. Stuber 25, Rathdrum, contempt/violation of restricted license, $77 bond.

Charles R. Towry Jr. 28, Athol, contempt/driving while suspended, $738 bond.

David D. Woods 44, Hayden, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,307 bond.
