Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies
Lawrence P. Adams 45, Plummer, felony driving under the influence, contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, failure to appear/driving while suspended (three counts), $20,298 bond.
Jane M. Davis 31, Smelterville, possession of methamphetamine, $15,000 bond.
Jodi L. Dinel-Ziegler 29, Coeur d’Alene, possession of methamphetamine, $15,000 bond.
David E. Noordam 32, Post Falls, grand theft, $5,000 bond.
Ronald D. Snook Jr. 34, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.
