Analysis

Each team has cause for worry at quarterback. Last week the Raiders knocked Brock Huard loopy and Jon Kitna semi-loopy. Meanwhile, the Rams put Elvis Grbac on the bench with a sore elbow. Grbac will play. So will Kitna because Huard is having headaches; he’s on the inactive list for this game. Grbac has posted fine numbers, but the running game figures to be productive today, even though K.C. is 27th in rushing in the NFL. Why? Because Seattle’s defense is the cure for the common running game. Seattle has allowed 5.5 yards per carry the last four games. K.C. doesn’t have a back with more than 241 yards, so it might do its damage by committee. It all adds up the same. Chiefs 26, Seahawks 20.
