2 Jailed After Suspected Meth Lab Found

Deputies arrested two north Spokane residents Saturday night after locating a suspected methamphetamine lab, a Spokane County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson reported.

Rachel K. Baum, 20, of 6 W. Falcon, and Chad M. Materne, 28, of 3316 E. Florence, were booked on suspicion of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, the spokesperson said.

The suspected lab was at Baum’s residence, which she told deputies is owned by her parents.
