Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kim A. Blythe, 44, Rathdrum; probation violation for burglary; $30 bond.

Tony R. Byers, 31, Rathdrum; probation violation for attempted grand theft; $10,000 bond.

Jesse W. Edwards Jr., 24, Rathdrum; probation violation for grand theft and burglary; $40,000 bond.

Keith J. Koskimaki, 23, Rathdrum; probation violation for possession of LSD; $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Donald R. Brockway, 41, Rathdrum; contempt of court and failure to appear for driving while suspended; $388 bond and two days in jail.

Heather K. Campbell, 27, Rathdrum, contempt of court for invalid driver’s license; $120 bond.

Christopher I. Chase, 25, Rathdrum; contempt of court for petty theft; $203 bond.

Amanda R. Donat, 23, Rathdrum; contempt of court and failure to appear for driving under the influence; $334 bond and two days in jail.

Dustin E. Gray, 29, Rathdrum; contempt of court for possession of drug paraphernalia; $213 bond.

Karl J. Jones, 19, Rathdrum; contempt of court for failure to give notice of an accident; $373 bond.

Thomas D. Larsen, 25, Rathdrum; contempt of court for no driver’s license; $173 bond.

Wade Lulow, 23, Rathdrum; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, no bond amount given.

Marlyce E. Pemble, 38, Rathdrum; contempt of court for invalid driver’s license; $224 bond.

James Sharp, 27, Rathdrum; contempt of court for battery; $77 bond.

Billy J. Stutheit, 19, Rathdrum; contempt of court for driving while suspended, invalid driver’s license, minor in possession of alcohol, failure to appear for malicious injury and operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent; $1,790 bond.

Shawn Ulrich, 27, Rathdrum; contempt of court for driving under the influence and driving while suspended; $273 bond.

Michael T. Unbewust, 33, Rathdrum; contempt of court for driving while suspended; $273 bond.

Joel Wilkerson, 19, Rathdrum; two counts of contempt of court for minor in possession of tobacco; $215 bond.

Cynthia J. Wright, 45, Rathdrum; contempt of court for inattentive driving, failure to appear for invalid driver’s license and inattentive driving; $47 bond and two days in jail.
