Morrison Knudsen Has New Name

Morrison Knudsen Corp. shareholders voted Friday to change the company’s name to Washington Group International, Inc.

The company has operated under the new name since early July.

A Washington Group press release said that more than 99 percent of the 48.5 million shares represented at the meeting voted in favor of the name change.

The company’s ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange becomes “WNG” on Monday.
