Agenda includes authorizing Spokane County to issue revenue bonds to pay all or part of the cost of improvements at Spokane International Airport.

Spokane Parking Public Development Authority

The authority board will discuss progress on promotional activities and property tax exemption and update its preview of the 2001 budget.

Spokane City Council

Monday, 11:30 a.m., finance committee, fifth-floor conference room, City Hall

The committee will discuss restorative justice program funding and the extension of terms for a line of credit loan.

1:30 p.m., Public Works Committee, fifth-floor conference room, City Hall The committee will discuss the Spokane Valley-Rathdrum Aquifer Atlas, the street maintenance budget, the Coeur d’Alene basin cleanup and the painting of dividers.

The council will hold hearings on the termination of the Public Development Authority and Business Improvement District and vote on a dangerous animal ordinance and revising the city’s mini-storage guidelines.

The hearing examiner will consider a hearing by Albertson’s to develop a property at the southeast corner of Nevada and Lyons.

Downtown Spokane Zoning Amendment & Design Guidelines Tuesday, 5:30 p.m., City Council Briefing Center, lower level, City Hall

The meeting will be an informal presentation of City Plan Committee recommendations.

City Plan Commission

The commission will continue its deliberation of preferred growth alternatives for final draft of comprehensive plan.
