Man Arrested After Bomb Found

A Spokane man was arrested Friday when police found what appeared to be a small pipe bomb in his apartment, police said.

Timothy Charles McPhee, 44, was arrested Friday night after police responded to a domestic violence call at his apartment, 222 S. Howard.

Officers found drug paraphernalia and a device that looked like a small pipe bomb. It was disposed by a robot from the bomb squad.

McPhee was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance and of an incendiary device.
