Candace Amy Bailey exchanged wedding vows with Brandon Robert Schell in a July 27 ceremony at the rose arbor at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute.

The bride is the daughter of Alfred and Ethel Bailey, Spokane. Bob Schell, and Barbara and Bill Moline, all of Spokane, are parents of the groom.

A reception at the home of the groom’s mother followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Moscow after a honeymoon in Montana.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Idaho. They work for the city of Moscow.
