Because of a reporter’s omission, a story in Tuesday’s editions did not tell how to get information on an Idaho Transportation Department proposal to clean up sediment in the Mica Bay area, or where to send comments. A copy of ITD’s cleanup proposal can be obtained by calling the highway department’s regional office in Coeur d’Alene at (208) 772-1200 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays, or by e-mailing information officer Barbara Babic at bbabic@itd.state.id.us. Comments about the plan must be postmarked by Sept. 3 and addressed to Babic at Idaho Transportation Department, 600 W. Prairie Ave., Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815.
