Monday, 3:30 p.m., Council Chambers, City Hall, briefing on Sept. 7 meeting and approval of routine items.

Monday 6 p.m., Council Chambers, City Hall, resolutions supporting city’s emergency medical services levy and Initiative 297 regarding protection of public from hazardous wastes. Also, council will consider an ordinance expanding property tax exemption incentive for multifamily housing to include the city’s designated urban centers and corridors.

Spokane Valley City Council

The Spokane Valley City Council won’t meet Tuesday. Its next meeting is Sept. 7.

Spokane Human Services Advisory Board

Wednesday, 3 p.m., Council briefing center, lower level of City Hall, agenda at meeting.

Spokane Community Assembly

Friday, 4 p.m., Council briefing center, lower level of City Hall, regular meeting of representatives of neighborhood councils.
