A few teams face challenges when basketball starts this weekend. On Friday, both Colville teams play Lakeland (Idaho). On Saturday, both Riverside teams make the trip to face Lakeland, now a member of Idaho’s Inland Empire League. Lakeland’s girls should be a tough test, as they are 3-1. Pullman’s girls, who came one point away from a 2A state championship last year, also start out with a solid IEL squad, when the Greyhounds play at Moscow.
