Dining’s Top 40 (almost)

“Glutton” is such an … ugly word.

I prefer to call myself an “enthusiastic eater.” Or maybe a “hearty trencherman.”

Or possibly a “big fat pig.”

In any case, I thought I would share some of my enthusiasms, developed over 15 years of eating at restaurants, pubs, food counters, delis and just plain joints in greater Spokane. This list is strictly a reflection of my own ramblings and tastes, and is not intended as a true “best of” list. Think of it more as a personal and informal guide to the richness of the dining experiences in the Inland Northwest.
