National Multiple Sclerosis Self-Help Groups – Meets the third Thursday of every month at 2 p.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 7307 N. Nevada. Family group meets the fourth Wednesday of every month at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, 711 S. Cowley, suite 200. Valley group meets the last Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. at Valley Hospital Health and Education Center, 12606 E. Mission.
