Lashes performing tonight

Seattle band The Lashes will perform at 8 tonight at Fat Tuesday’s, 109 W. Pacific Ave. Because of a reporting error, the performance date was listed incorrectly in 7.

Timber headline incorrect

Because of an editor’s error, a headline in Thursday’s paper indicated the Bush administration would double the amount of timber cut in national forests. The administration is doubling its efforts to thin fire-prone forests.
