Oklahoma State lost to GU

Because of a reporter’s error, Illinois was credited with a loss last Tuesday to the Gonzaga University men’s basketball team in a story on page C4 of the Thursday sports section. Oklahoma State was the team that lost to Gonzaga.

Fund story contained errors

Michael Altringer, of Spokane, donated $1,010 to the Christmas Fund. The amount reported was incorrect because of an accounting error. An anonymous donation was in memory of June Hoaglund; her name was misspelled because of a reporter’s error.
