Worker’s status clarified

To clarify an article in Sunday’s paper, Janet Aikele, director of the state’s largest publicly funded Internet charter school, was an employee of K12, a for-profit curriculum company, while she directed the school. She has now left that position for another in the company unrelated to the Idaho school. Previously, she was superintendent of the Butte County School District.
