Sneed was an intern for West

A story in Friday’s Region section incorrectly reported that Travis J. Sneed was a former legislative assistant to former State Sen. Jim West. Sneed was a college intern assigned to West’s Olympia office for two months during the legislative session. His internship was not extended beyond his original assignment.

Similar names cause confusion

Corey B. Preston of West Spokane is not the same man who was convicted Thursday of raping a 3-year-old boy. The man who was convicted is 26-year-old Cory G. Preston. Some readers have confused Corey B. Preston with the man who was convicted.

Ticket prices incorrect

In 7’s “Coming Up” listings Friday, ticket prices for the Alan Jackson and Martina McBride concert Aug. 8 are incorrect. Tickets are $49.50 and $65.

Wrong information about Mount Rushmore

Theodore Roosevelt’s image is among those on Mount Rushmore. A wire service story in Friday’s paper listed the wrong president.

Lottery numbers in error

The Washington lottery numbers were incorrect in Friday’s paper. The correct numbers for Thursday night’s drawing are Daily Game: 5-9-8; Keno: 6-8-16-17-19-20-22-23-24-32-41-43-51- 53-59-60-64-76-78-80; Lucky for Life: 29-34-41-54.
