Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest – Two volunteers are needed to create and update forms using Microsoft Word 2000 at the downtown Spokane office building. Must be at least 18 years old. Call Rachel at 344-0161.

Greater Spokane Substance Abuse Council’s Prevention Center – General office help is needed for filing, typing and answering phones. Teens are welcome. Call Marilyn at 922-8383.

Health Improvement Partnership (HIP) – General office help is needed to answer phones, direct guests, update lists, making copies, etc. Call Nora at 444-3088 ext. 210.

Living Green – Community educators are needed to teach energy and environmental conservation. Monthly training is provided. Call Barb at 744-3370 ext. 205.

Mukogawa Fort Wright Homestay Program – Families are needed to volunteer their families and homes to Japanese students during the Homestay Weekend, Aug. 20-22.Call Marlene at 328-2971 ext. 210.

Spokane Tax-Aide – The Tax-Aide program provides free personal income tax form preparation assistance for middle and low income individuals. Training is provided. Call Leigh at 536-0573.
