Baseball

Cycling

July 10: “Road to Adventure” scenic white pine bike tours at 7 a.m. in Moscow, Idaho. Meet at the Tidyman’s on Highway 8 (East). Choices are the Century Plus Ride (119 miles), the Metric Century Ride (64 miles) or the Troy Crazy Eight Ride (26 miles). Equestrian

June 25-27: The 23rd annual Deep Creek Horse Trials, recognized by the United States Eventing Association, will be held at Deep Creek Farm in Medical Lake. Events begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday and 8:30 a.m. on Sunday. Go to www.deepcreekhorsetrials.org for more information.

Fishing

Golf

June 20: Spokane River Canoe Classic, fun race with various categories for canoes and kayaks, starts from Corbin Park in Post Falls. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.; races start at 11 a.m. Choose either 6-mile “citizens” run or 14-mile “marathon” section. Sponsored by Mountain Gear and Spokane Canoe and Kayak Club. Sign up: the 2004 Red Bull Outdoor Volleyball Tournament Series, held at North Idaho College, will consist of four tournament weekends. Sports Cellar Classic June 19-20, Spalding Spike Feet July 10-11, GC Open July 24-25, and the Red Bull Championship Aug. 7-8. Over $10,000 in cash and prizes. Men’s, women’s, and junior doubles on Saturdays, reverse coed on Sundays. June 18-20: Mountain bike, pilates and yoga weekend for women in the Methow Valley.
