Summer lunches

The Spokesman-Review

The Coeur d’Alene School District will participate in the summer food service program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability. The program will run through Aug. 27 at the following schools and times:

Borah Elementary, 632 Borah Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8:15 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Bryan Elementary, 802 Harrison, breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Fernan Elementary, 520 N. 21st St., breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Hayden Elementary, 9650 N. Government Way, breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

Lakes Middle School, 930 N. 15th, breakfast from 7:30-8:15 a.m., lunch from 10:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Ramsey Elementary, 1351 W. Kathleen Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Sorensen Elementary, Ninth and Coeur d’Alene, breakfast from 8:30-9 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Winton Elementary School, 920 LaCrosse, breakfast from 8:30-9 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Woodland Middle School, 2101 Ste. Michelle, breakfast from 7:30-8 a.m., and lunch from 11 a.m.-noon.

The Plummer-Worley district #44 will also offer breakfast from 9-10 a.m. and lunch from noon-1 p.m. at Lakeside Elementary, 29900 S. First Ave. in Worley, Monday through Thursday through July 8.

Menu for June 28-July 2

Monday – Chicken quesadilla, Spanish rice, applesauce.

Tuesday – Cheese pizza, green salad, pineapple tidbits with cherries.

Wednesday – Spaghetti with Italian sausage, green salad, garlic bread, pear cup.

Thursday – Tuna sub, chips, celery and carrot sticks, grapes.

Friday – Cheeseburger deluxe, tater rounds, cucumber slices, cantaloupe, cookie.
