For the week of May 24-28

Noon meals

Monday – Tuna salad on a bun, carrot-raisin salad, three bean salad, lemon bar.

Tuesday – Chicken and wild rice casserole, brussels sprouts, Mandarin oranges, rye bread, spice cake.

Wednesday – Swedish meatballs with pasta, winter-blend vegetables, pineapple tidbits, bread stick, chocolate pudding.

Thursday – Roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, cinnamon-raisin applesauce.

Friday – Barbecue chicken, baked beans, candied beets, dinner roll, angel food cake with berries and whipped cream.

Suggested donation is $2.50. Meals are funded by donations, Federal Older Americans Act via Aging and Long Term Care of Eastern Washington and Spokane Regional Health District.
