The Secret Garden Greenhouse is located at 7717 E. 18th Ave. Maureen Fairrington helps owners Ed and Darlene Peck with the business. Because of reporting errors, the address and Fairrington’s first name were incorrect in the gardening column in Friday’s IN Life section.

Not all sludge reached river

An estimated 200,000 gallons of sludge spilled from a damaged tank at the city of Spokane’s Wastewater Treatment Facility on May 10, but only a fraction of that – estimated at about 20 percent – reached the Spokane River. Because of a reporter’s error, a story in Friday’s Spokesman-Review said the entire amount went into the river.
