6 p.m. Monday, Council Chambers, City Hall, hearing on public safety cuts proposed in 2005 budget.

Spokane Library Board

3 p.m. Monday, Downtown Library, Room 1-B, consideration of days of service at branch and downtown libraries.

Spokane Valley City Council

6:30 p.m. Monday, executive session meeting at City Hall, 11707 E. Sprague Ave., to discuss litigation. Such meetings aren’t open to the public.

Spokane County Commission

The commission won’t hold any regularly scheduled meetings this week.
